Call Center Representative (Indian/Egyptian)

Our rapidly growing call center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing them with excellent service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries
• Provide information about our products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Meet personal/team targets and goals

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred (but not required)
• Valid residency permit/visa sponsorship is mandatory for non-Saudi applicants
