Customer Service Representative (Egyptian, Jeddah)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
