Fresh Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information in a timely manner, and have excellent communication skills.
We are especially interested in applicants of Indian nationality, who do not need to speak English fluently but must be willing to learn. Previous experience is not necessary for this role; however, we welcome any relevant qualifications or experience. Accommodation will also be provided for successful candidates.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining records of customer interactions and providing feedback on the quality of service provided. You must also possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
