Customer Service & Order Coordinator

Job Description

The Cordwainer is a Jeddah-based luxury care and restoration business dedicated to preserving and renewing premium clothing, handwear, and footwear. We provide restoration, repair, premium cleaning, and convenient collection and delivery services for clients who expect attentive handling and excellent communication.

We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Coordinator to support a polished customer journey from initial inquiry through completed order delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate customer requests, maintain accurate order information, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal care team.

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries about restoration, repair, cleaning, collection, delivery, timelines, and order status.
• Create, update, and track customer orders with accurate item descriptions, service requirements, notes, and status changes.
• Coordinate collection and delivery arrangements with customers and relevant operational staff.
• Follow up on open orders, approvals, payments, and delivery.

• Strong customer service and professional communication skills, with a polished and courteous approach suitable for luxury clients.
• Excellent order coordination, scheduling, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Ability to record accurate item descriptions, service requests, customer preferences, and order statuses.
• Comfort using email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, point-of-sale systems, or customer relationship tools.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities while meeting promised response and service timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling service questions or complaints.
• Clear written and spoken English;
  Arabic communication is an advantage.
• Ability to handle premium garments, accessories, and footwear with discretion and care.
