We are hiring a motivated and skilled Indian Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns. • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
• Identifying and resolving customer complaints using appropriate solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
• Meeting set targets for call volume, sales, and quality of service

• Indian nationality with fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customers
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
