Call Center Representative (English Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from English-speaking customers and providing them with excellent service and support.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer inquiries
• Build rapport with customers by providing friendly, professional and personalized service
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
