We are seeking experienced and fluent English speaking Indian nationals to join our call center team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone interactions with our clients. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, perfect for those looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the customer service industry.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting individual and team targets
• Follow communication scripts and protocols when interacting with customers
• Keep records of all interactions and transactions with customers
• Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah on a valid visa
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
