We are hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in both English and Arabic. • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information about products or services
• Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns by following up on pending issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by management

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month
