Job Title: Customer Service Representative
A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative for their Jeddah office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
- Provide after-sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer set-up, billing, logistics and account issues.
- Support sales activities and customer events.
- Process returns, credit and debit notes.
- Monitor blocked accounts and coordinate with Credit Control to resolve shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
Required:
- 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service.
- Experience with order management, logistics or after-sales support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Skills Required:- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
