About the Role
Lead the creative direction of 3D design for exhibitions, conferences, and events by delivering innovative, high-quality, and production-ready concepts while managing the 3D design team and ensuring excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the 3D design team across multiple projects.
- Develop and review creative concepts, 3D designs, renders, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs are innovative, practical, and aligned with production requirements.
- Review and approve technical drawings and execution files.
- Coordinate with project management and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Mentor designers and maintain high creative and technical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
- Saudi national.
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
- 2+ years of experience in 3D design, including leadership experience.
- Proven experience in the exhibitions, conferences, and events industry.
- Expert in Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Advanced proficiency in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Experience with animation and real-time visualization tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Twinmotion).
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, materials, fabrication, and production processes.
