Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jeddah. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed designs, and preparing drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with engineering, construction, and interior design teams, reviewing designs for compliance with codes and regulations, and supporting the permitting process. The role involves overseeing design changes, participating in project meetings, and contributing to schedules and budgets to ensure project delivery standards are met.
The Architect will also support integration of relevant software tools, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and assist in quality control during construction phases.
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed plans for real estate projects.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools (e.g., BIM platforms, CAD software) to support efficient design workflows.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up) and familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present design concepts clearly.
- Experience in real estate development or construction projects in the region is a plus, along with fluency in English;
Arabic language skills are beneficial.
