• 1. Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, and estimated costs.
• 2. Plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, apply knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning, and building codes, and building materials.
• 3. Create detailed designs and plans with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• 4. prepare the 2D AutoCAD designs, 3D Perspectives and Graphics according to the client requirements.
• 5. Liaise with all architects and engineers to gather the designs requirements and structural.
• 6. Liaise with coordination engineer and provide to him the architectural designs and plans to obtain the construction license.
• 7. Evaluate the architectural plans for design, feasibility, safety, and adherence to building codes and other municipal and government regulations.
• 8.Ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.
• 9.Plans layout of the project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• 10. Attend the municipality committees with the coordination engineer and understands the various regulations and requirements if needed.
• 11. Preparing initial drawings   working drawings.
• 12. Preparing time schedule for the technical drawings of projects.
• 13. Technical coordination   follow-up between all engineering disciplinary.
• 14. Attend meetings with clients.
• 15. Answering contractors' inquiries.
• 16. Provide architectural studies   designs for various types of projects.
• 17. Oversee and review the full range of project coordination activities including the review of reports, plans, and specifications ensuring compliance with standards.
• 18. Plan and prioritize work assignments.
• 19. Participates in the establishment of construction methods and project schedules.
• 20. Coordinate progress meetings.
• 21. Assists in the interpretation of drawings and specifications to resolve differences in technical matters.
• 22. Ensure the project's compliance with quality and schedule constraints.
• 23. Lead and participate in a broad range of project coordination activities associated with the preparation, review of plans and specifications.
• 24. Prepare a work plan strategy for timely project completion.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
