JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Instructor to join IMC Medical College educational team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging English language instruction that empowers students to achieve their personal and academic goals. Your expertise will help foster a love for the English language while enhancing critical thinking and communication skills.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Deliver engaging and interactive English language instruction across various proficiency levels
• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their learning
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum
• Support students in developing critical thinking and communication skills through discussions, presentations, and writing assignments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field and an accredited TEFL/TESOL certificate of at least 120 hours

Professional Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of academic teaching experience at the college level.
• Effective communication, instructional delivery, familiarity with educational technology.

Language

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
