Job Summary:
  • Train department staff in technical and non-technical skills as needed and on multi-functional training courses.
  • Use appropriate training methodology (teaching/training), training media, trainer materials, and effective presentation skills to ensure training quality and access to information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update documents such as course materials, curricula, web training content, student guides, and other related documents as required.
  • Provide advanced training using various adult education techniques and information delivery methods (such as instructor led training, e learning, and other methods).
  • Identify and implement new technology based training solutions to facilitate training and learning mechanisms.
  • Manage written and practical tests and prepare performance reports to assess trainee performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain evaluations and certifications.
  • Create customized reports to assess quality, training effectiveness, trend analysis, and business needs.
  • Manage training tools and special service tools (SST) required for technicians and trainers at the training center.
  • Make recommendations and participate in implementing overall quality improvements in the training process, including developing and implementing quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures aligned with company KPIs and business needs.
  • Conduct on the job audits and workshop training.
  • Manage and report on environment, health, and safety aspects of technical training.
Skills

Qualification &

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS applications.
  • Basic knowledge of service processes and procedures.
  • Technical diploma or community college certificate program in automotive technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a technical trainer; bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
