As People experience & culture trainee, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving engagement activities within the Group.

• Create bilingual content (Arabic & English) for various communications.
• Suggest innovative giveaway ideas for events.
• Support planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and guests.
• Build positive interactions to enhance event experiences.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow up on tasks.

• Fresh graduate eligible for Tamheer program.
• Bachelors in business relations, Human Resources, People Relations, or Public Relations.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• A creative personality with a passion for bringing new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a social, people‑oriented mindset.
