• Bachelors of Education or Degree with PGCE – Early Childhood Studies or Primary Education
• At least 2 years full‑time teaching experience
• Enthusiasm and flexibility
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a nurturing, engaging environment
• Ability to design age‑appropriate, creative, and interactive lesson plans
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning
• Track record of fostering both academic and social‑emotional development in young learners
