, you will deliver high quality training, collaborate with fellow educators, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment that values creativity, excellence, and continuous growth.

Deliver practical and theoretical hair education sessions.

Demonstrate up-to-date hair techniques in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.

Assess trainees' skills and provide meaningful feedback to support improvement.

Develop lesson plans and customize training methods for various learning needs.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained at all times.

Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into training.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning atmosphere.

Certified qualification in hairdressing/cosmetology or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of hands on experience as a hair professional.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in teaching or training.

Proficiency in the latest hair techniques and safety standards.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Experience in adult learning or curriculum development.

Familiarity with digital teaching or e-learning tools.

Prior experience in a training institute.

Recognition or participation in hairdressing competitions.
