Position: Nursery Practitioner Trainer; Subject Matter Expert

This position is seeking experienced and passionate female trainers to deliver a high-impact Nursery Practitioner Training Programme in partnership with a leading national initiative focused on strengthening early childhood education across the Kingdom.

This is a project-based opportunity to contribute to the development of aspiring nursery practitioners through a structured,
blended training model combining in-person delivery, coaching, and applied practice.

Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension, commencing June 2026

Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, Madina, Makkah, Dammam, Abha, Yanbu (candidates may select their preferred location)

Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written);
English proficiency is an advantage

• Conduct classroom observations and provide structured feedback to improve teaching practice for the trainees.

• Support the implementation of assessments and progress tracking in line with programme requirements.

• Ensure effective use of the LMS for learning delivery, engagement, and reporting.

• Maintain alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and quality assurance standards.

• Strong expertise in early childhood education and pedagogy.

• Ability to deliver engaging training and facilitate learning.

• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and classroom observation.

• Experience in assessment and trainee progress tracking.

• Proficiency in blended learning and LMS delivery.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or any related field.

  درجة علمية في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة، أو التعليم، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in early years teaching, training, or professional development.

  خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الحضانة أو تعليم الطفولة المبكرة.

• Proven experience in delivering training programmes or workshops.

  خبرة مثبتة في تقديم البرامج التدريبية أو الورش التعليمية.

• Trained in coaching, mentoring, safeguarding, and LMS-based learning.
