Or perhaps you are looking to start your career as an analyst for a VC fund, startup accelerator, or private equity shop? Digital | Advantage is a leading digital consultancy and full-service agency operating in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC. We partner with clients, founders, and investors to build and sustain digital advantage. This includes activities ranging from Web / Mobile Application design and development, to social media management and optimization, to designing and executing state-of-the-art digital marketing campaigns.

We are currently headquartered in Jeddah, have offices at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) and Amman, and staff working directly with clients in Riyadh and Dammam.

The selected intern will be staffed Full Time at our client’s offices in Jeddah with an important client of ours that has recently launched a Startup Program / Accelerator. Our role is to help them find four amazing startups that are the best match for the investment criteria they put forth, and to generate awareness, interest, and positive buzz about our client’s program among stakeholders in the Saudi and Bahraini startup scene.

So what will you be doing specifically? You will contribute to four key mandates we have on this project:

• Finding: Identifying, cataloging, and adding/updating information on startups in our database.
• Filtering: Learn more about what we are looking for, evaluate and screen startups, and help us narrow down to our shortlist of candidates.
• Fact Finding: Performing research on industry benchmarks, best practices, and success stories. You may also participate in helping interview and summarizing fresh insights from successful entrepreneurs.

You will get as much responsibility as you can handle/earn, and we promise this will be a rewarding and enriching experience for those who apply themselves to the tasks at hand.

• Drive / Work Ethic: This will not be a 9 to 5 job and 40-hour work week. I suggest you find another line of work if that’s all you have to give.

Position is ideally for staffing in Jeddah but open to other locations in Saudi Arabia.
