Role Description
The Student Affairs & Activities Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of student activities, including clubs, events, and extracurricular programs, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values. The supervisor supports students’ personal, social, and academic development by monitoring student engagement, addressing concerns, and collaborating with counselors, teachers, and leadership.
Daily tasks include supervising activity schedules, managing resources and logistics, communicating with families and community partners, and ensuring all activities comply with school policies and safety standards. The role also involves training and guiding staff involved in student activities, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall student experience.
- Supervise student affairs for the middle school section.
- Plan, organize, and oversee student activities and extracurricular programs.
- Monitor student records and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Perform administrative duties related to school operations.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks assigned by the school management.
