Role Overview

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator in Jeddah to oversee the organizational training strategy for the operations team, drive the achievement of FHS (Food Happiness Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) through operational excellence, and assess training impact. You’ll identify training and developmental needs and design initiatives/programs that build and promote a Training Culture in the company while working across departments to get the team up to speed in their specific vertical.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and Coordination:
    • Coordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainers.
    • Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and training‑related projects.
    • Collaborate closely with HR to ensure each team member has proper onboarding.
    • Responsible for updating the onboarding and planned calendar for all team members.
  • Participant Management:
    • Ensure new joiners follow the training schedule as per the training calendar.
    • Update and assist trainers with quiz and survey links, and coordinate with the Training Team.
    • Attend all meetings related to training topics.
    • Give the knowledge assessment exam during probation or if needed.
    • Conduct quarterly knowledge assessments for all team members.
    • Conduct or assist in train‑the‑trainer sessions with the help of other stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Design and prepare training tools such as curriculum, SOPs, or presentations/videos.
    • Ensure training materials (session slides, quizzes, surveys) are prepared for trainers.
    • Prepare training‑related documentation (agendas, handouts, certificates).
    • Handle post‑training tasks, such as compiling feedback from participants and trainers.
    • Update the profile and training progress for each team member in the database.
  • Communication:
    • Coordinate with the Training Manager or other stakeholders to align with organizational goals and training needs.
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure new joiners are encoded on the system.
    • Collaborate with the Training Managers, Operations Team, and Cross‑Functional Teams on SOPs that need documentation.
    • Serve as a liaison between trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
  • Analysis, Evaluation, and Reporting:
    • Identify training needs and gaps within operations and create targeted training to address deviations/non‑conformance.
    • Collect feedback from trainees and trainers after each session to evaluate training effectiveness (post‑survey).
    • Analyze training data and prepare reports on key metrics such as participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, and training impact on employees’ skills and KPIs.
    • Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.
  • Monitoring and Tracking:
    • Create a monthly, quarterly, and yearly training calendar tailored to team needs and roles.
    • Monitor and update training progress in the implementation plan.
    • Regularly check all updates for operational‑related SOPs and schedule a document audit if needed.
    • Control, organize, and store all training databases and record completed training sessions.
  • Training & Development Support:
    • Coordinate and organize training sessions for kitchen teams, ensuring logistics, materials, and attendance are arranged.
    • Assist SMEs and on‑floor trainers during basic training sessions when needed.
    • Support onboarding by preparing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring new joiners receive all required training touchpoints.
    • Maintain updated training records, SOP revisions, and refresher training trackers to support compliance and consistency.
    • Reinforce alignment with company policies and standards through follow‑ups, reminders, and proper documentation.
    • Support central training strategies, initiatives, projects, and programs relevant to scalable and smart training.
  • Productivity & Performance Support:
    • Observe day‑to‑day kitchen workflows to identify training gaps related to skills, compliance, or process understanding.
