Asst. Manager, Instructor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adhere to Academy accreditation requirements.
• Create and maintain curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, modules, recipes and test/exams for programs, courses, and/or workshops.
• Prepare for and teach programs, lectures, practical demonstrations for courses, and/or workshops.
• Support specialized training for Airport Lounges, Aviation Clients, and/or all programs.
• Support program development and delivery.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Assist Director with program logistics.
• Assist Director with budget planning and reconciliation as needed.
• Assist with development and maintaining of department SOPs.
• Provide induction support and deliver presentations as requested.
• Provide visitor tour support as requested.
• Assist with interviews of students and support intakes, tours, and orientations.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen, hospitality room, and all classrooms.
• Communicate and support guest lecturers, and visitors to Academy.
• Provide translation support verbally and written as requested if applicable.
• Maintain database of training participants, performance evaluations, tests/exams, and achievements.
• Maintain training summary reports and program assessments.
• Provide support in the planning and delivery of Graduation Ceremonies, Academy Events & activities.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
