Girls School Principal – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – August 2026

We are a well‑established international school in Jeddah offering American and British curriculum pathways from early years through secondary levels. The school operates across separate campuses for boys and girls, with distinct facilities such as a KG school, a boys’ school, and a primary & girls’ school, providing structured and gender‑appropriate learning environments. The school caters for over 2000 students from KG to Grade 12, who are mostly Saudi Arabian and other Arab expatriate nationalities.

• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Educational Leadership
• Preferred to be UK/US curriculum background; may consider others
• Strong leadership and decision‑making ability
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic preferred)
• Experience with international school accreditation standards
• Ability to integrate technology and innovation in education
• Cultural awareness and commitment to Islamic values
• Experience in girls’ school leadership in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Familiarity with bilingual education systems
• Proven success in improving academic outcomes and school performance
• Gender: Must be female in accordance with Ministry regulations
