The role will support the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy, contributing to shaping Chalhoub Group’s culture and enhancing the experience of employees by managing and executing projects, programs, initiatives, and events.

• Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar, coordinate initiatives and events across offices, stores, and warehouses, ensure timely execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as custodian of employee wellbeing benefits and resources, maintaining relevance, updating and enhancing offerings.
• Prepare communications for wellbeing & engagement campaigns across all internal and external channels in collaboration with Group Communications.
• Conduct market research on trends and technologies, propose innovative solutions/services/products to improve employee experience and wellbeing, and secure deals and partnerships with external providers.
• Collect feedback and prepare analytical presentations to report on performance, achievements, and enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
• Fresh graduate
• Eligible for Tamheer program
• Fluent in English
