- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in special education or supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Strong understanding of individualized learning strategies and student support plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the academic team.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
