Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of technical training across the organisation in Jeddah.
The role will assess employee competency, develop structured training plans, and coordinate classroom and e-learning sessions with internal teams and external providers. The successful candidate will also assess employee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose improvements based on feedback and business needs.
