Librarian; Indian Nationals

We are hiring an experienced Librarian to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the library including cataloging and organizing materials, assisting patrons with research and reference questions, and overseeing circulation and collection development.

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Librarian
• Proficiency in library management systems and electronic databases
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Indian nationality preferred

• Maintain library collections by cataloging new materials, shelving books, and ensuring proper organization
• Assist patrons with research and reference needs by providing access to resources and answering questions
• Oversee circulation process including checking out materials, renewing loans, and collecting fines when necessary
• Develop library programs and events to engage the community and promote literacy
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to improve library services
