Hydrotesting Supervisor

Combuzz HR Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Hydrotesting Supervisor for one of its clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee hydro-testing and pressure testing operations for pipeline and system projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise hydrotesting and pressure testing activities for pipelines and associated systems.
• Set up, operate, and monitor test pumps, pressure gauges, manifolds, and chart recorders.
• Review test packs, method statements, P&IDs, and isometric drawings prior to execution.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all test results in compliance with project and client standards.
• Verify that all testing equipment is properly calibrated and certified before use.
• Lead and manage testing crews while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards, including Aramco requirements where applicable.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydro-testing within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline pressure testing procedures and safety regulations.
• Experience working on projects in KSA is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
