Alcon is seeking a Field Service Operations Specialist in Jeddah to manage service contracts, installations, maintenance schedules, and inventory while upholding quality and regulatory standards.
You will collaborate with engineers, customers, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to ensure seamless field service operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in related fields and strong SAP/ERP skills, plus fluency in English and Arabic.
