A leading digital engineering firm in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in BIM modeling and proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP. Responsibilities include coordinating models across disciplines, conducting clash detection, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Strong collaboration skills and GCC project experience are preferred.
