Opublikowano dzisiajjob requisition  sales function by creating project schedules and related support material for usein KONE estimates and proposals. Designs, constructs and maintains cost and resource loaded schedules for projects inexecution and pro-actively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting schedulerequirements. Interacts directly with customers to clearly understand overall project requirements andmilestones in order to integrate construction master schedules with those specific to KONEscope.

Bridges potential misalignment between KONE Supply Line and Front Line, by activelychecking project schedules and identifying and suggesting corrective actions andscheduling opportunities. Assists local Project Manager in the development and maintenance of existing schedulesperforming critical path, acceleration and gap analysis as required. Assists in project performance analysis and forecasting based on Critical Path and Earned Value. Maintains accurate records of schedule development through the lifetime of the Project.

Ensures bespoke customer reports and contractual planning obligations are understoodand fulfilled. Provides support to Project Team and management in relation to EOT claims and Causeand Effect' scheduling. Assists in project risk analysis. Contributes in the development of planning processes and best practices and assists withtheir implementation and guides, supports and trains project teams in their application.
