Project Manager – Industrial Projects

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong exposure to industrial construction projects to join our contracting operations. This role is mission-critical to driving on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining best-in-class HSE, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial projects (factories, plants, warehouses, utilities)
• Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out across all phases
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change control
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual obligations
• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and internal leadership
• Drive performance reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in contracting, with a strong focus on industrial projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex construction works
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and project controls
• PMP certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
