QA​/QC Engineer - Overhead Transmission Lines; OHTL & Substation Projects KSA

We are hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer to support high voltage Transmission Line and Substation projects across the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia / UAE). The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience in 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL and Substation works
, with a solid understanding of international QA/QC standards and project quality requirements.

High Voltage Transmission Lines and Substation Projects

5 to 10 Years

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical)
• ISO 9001:2015 Certification (Internal Auditor preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles
• Hands on experience in execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) and/or Substation Projects
• Valid passport with minimum 9 months validity (mandatory for Gulf deployment)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems, procedures, and project specific quality plans
• Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works
• Review and approve material testing reports to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on QA/QC related matters
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports
• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
• Identify, report, and close non conformances in coordination with project teams
• Support construction teams in maintaining quality and HSE standards at site
