We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead and deliver a very large‑scale, mixed‑use development project of the national importance in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in complex programs, multidisciplinary coordination, and stakeholder management within the AEC industry.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major mixed‑use development project.
• Develop and manage project strategy, schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Ensure full compliance with KSA regulations, HSSE standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, authorities, contractors, and senior leadership.
• Monitor performance against cost, quality, and timeline targets, with proactive risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive project reports and lead steering committee updates.

• 25+ years of experience in AEC project delivery, including mega/complex developments.
• Proven success in Project Director roles on large mixed‑use (residential, institutional, commercial, retail, hospitality) or infrastructure programs.
• Strong background in civil engineering and construction methodologies.
• Experience in Western Europe or North America
  , plus GCC/KSA exposure.
• Graduate of a Western university (USA, Europe, Australia, NZ, South Africa) in Civil Engineering or closely related field
• Advanced project management certification preferred.
• SSE membership or equivalent required.
