Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to secure government tenders and engineering projects
- Lead a sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government entities, contractors, and consulting firms
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions for large‑scale projects
- Represent the company at industry events and government procurement forums
- 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in HVAC, construction, or government projects
- Proven track record in managing large accounts and winning government tenders in Saudi Arabia
- Previous experience leading sales teams is mandatory
- Deep understanding of Saudi government procurement processes
- Strong network within KSA's construction and infrastructure sectors
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
