Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to secure government tenders and engineering projects
  • Lead a sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government entities, contractors, and consulting firms
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions for large‑scale projects
  • Represent the company at industry events and government procurement forums
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in HVAC, construction, or government projects
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and winning government tenders in Saudi Arabia
  • Previous experience leading sales teams is mandatory
Industry Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of Saudi government procurement processes
  • Strong network within KSA's construction and infrastructure sectors
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Languages
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
