We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tendering Engineer to lead tender preparation, cost estimation, and proposal submissions for major construction projects in Jeddah.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and review technical & commercial bids.
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with client and Saudi tendering requirements.
- Support negotiations and project handover after award.
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Construction Engineering.
- +7 years of tendering/estimating experience.
- Strong cost estimation, MS Office, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi tendering laws and construction market.
