Electrical Engineer

Job Objective

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the maintenance team to ensure that the workflow and the services will be done in accordance with all the approved work activity that belongs to the WO or the complaints, monitor the maintenance work to be sure that it will be carried out on time.

• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved work procedures, correct formats, method statements, and procedures.
• Ensure regular checks are carried out before and after execution of activities.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise at any time.
• Estimate, prepare, and assign required resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure the site has adequate resources to complete CM & PM activities.
• Ensure all materials used on site comply with the correct specifications.
• Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.

• Design and analysis of Medium & High Voltage (MV & HV) electrical systems
• Electrical distribution network design and load calculations
• Selection and specification of transformers and switch gear
• Preparation and interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams
• Implementation of protection systems and earthing
• Testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Knowledge of IEC / IEEE standards
• Proficient in electrical design and analysis software (e.g.,
  ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical
  )
