Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview

KEO International Consultants is a planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices across the Middle East and beyond. This opportunity is within KEO’s Project Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) Division as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. You will serve as a technical representative on stormwater, sanitary sewers, irrigation and potable water related design issues, field inspection disputes, quality management observation and document review.

You will be part of the project management team during the infrastructure construction phase of a large 9,000 unit master planned community in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Act as a technical representative on stormwater, sanitary sewers, irrigation and potable water related design issues.
• Manage field inspection disputes, quality management observation and document review.
• Participate as part of the project management team during the infrastructure construction phase of the project.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in wet utilities design, quality control and construction observation.
• Experience gained within a consultancy is beneficial.
• Prior experience in the Gulf Region is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Mature relationship-building skills.
