Responsibilities
- Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of RTD, working effectively in a diverse work environment.
- Prepares reviews and evaluates contract technical specification for architectural elements of capital improvement projects.
- Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates to support other engineers, RTD staff and consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 20 years experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to independently evaluate, select and modify standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce environment.
