Aluminum Estimator (Façade Specialist) Required Role SummaryThe Aluminum Estimator plays a critical role in project acquisition and profitability by preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and value engineering solutions aligned with market dynamics and project constraints.
Preferred- Experience with Schüco / Technal or similar systems
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM
- Quantity take-offs from IFC and tender drawings
- Detailed cost estimation (aluminium, glass, accessories, labor)
- BOQ preparation and tender submission
- Supplier pricing and comparison analysis
- Value engineering and cost optimization
- Variation order (VO) support and claims preparation
