Senior Executive Manager - Cloud Platform Engineering Lead

The Head of Cloud Engineering will lead the design, implementation, and operations of the organization's cloud platforms across multi cloud environments (primarily GCP, AWS, Azure and OCI). This role is responsible for establishing the cloud engineering strategy, building high performing engineering teams, and ensuring that cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership in cloud platforms, automation, Dev Ops practices, and cloud native technologies, with a focus on delivering reliable and cost optimized cloud services across the organization.

• Lead the cloud engineering function: define standards, architecture principles, and operational practices for cloud platforms.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across hybrid and multi cloud environments.
• Establish and drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Develop and implement CI/CD frameworks to enable automated infrastructure deployment and application delivery.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with enterprise security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage a high performing cloud engineering team, including architects and engineers.
