On-site Service Engineer - Tools & Assembly Systems

Responsibilities

• Delivery of service product startup, maintenance, and optimization with excellent planning and on‑time preventive maintenance for improving tool performance and extending tool lifetime.
• Responsible for onsite contract operational KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability, etc.) and ensuring target fulfillment.
• Update and report status of progression and KPIs directly to Onsite Service Leader.
• Maintain regular meetings with customers to identify requirements, analyze demands, and deliver gap closure plan.
• Maintain effective interaction with other functions such as project and sales to set up and optimize cross‑functional processes.
• Support projects assigned by Onsite Service Leader.
• Maintain global operation standards of the Tool Management Center system.
• Develop cost‑saving programs and improvement activities (kaizen) as information to support renewal service contract proposals with Service Sales.

• 2–3 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial electric tool equipment (Atlas Copco and other brands or equivalent).
• High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Arabic a preference.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related equivalent.
