We are hiring an O&M and Performance Director for our international client whose operating in Water industry.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the main mission of the O&M and Performance Director is lead technical processes related to the water and waste water networks performance improvement and monitor water quality and ensure the compliance with regulation and other requirements and standards.
Required Skills and competencies- Technical skills in Water and Waste Water Networks Operations and Maintenance
- Non-Revenue Water strategies
- Project management
- English compulsory, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex data
- Management skills and Leadership
- Engineering or Master degree in Civil, Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience with at least an experience of 5 years in managerial position
