MADKOUR is seeking an experienced HSE Site Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on a major Energy Project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of HSE experience, particularly in large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities include developing HSE plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting safety training, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Excellent command of English is required, and experience in KSA is a must.
