We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to lead and coordinate design activities for a high‑profile project in Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and project coordination skills within the construction or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all project design activities from concept to execution
- Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Review technical drawings, submittals, and design documentation
- Support value engineering and problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor design progress and report to project stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with local regulations and client requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in design management or project coordination
- Experience in construction, façade, insulation, or building envelope systems preferred
- Strong understanding of design processes and technical coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment
