Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to lead and coordinate design activities for a high profile project in Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and project coordination skills within the construction or building materials industry.

• Manage and coordinate all project design activities from concept to execution
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Review technical drawings, submittals, and design documentation
• Support value engineering and problem solving throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor design progress and report to project stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and client requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design management or project coordination
• Experience in construction, façade, insulation, or building envelope systems preferred
• Strong understanding of design processes and technical coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced project environment
