Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil maintenance works at power plant sites including structural repairs, foundations, roads, drainage and building rehabilitation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify civil deficiencies and prepare detailed technical reports with corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with SEC standards and applicable codes.
• Track daily progress, material deliveries, and manpower utilization and submit accurate reports to the project manager.
• Enforce HSE regulations and ensure all civil activities adhere to SEC safety requirements and Saudi Aramco standards where applicable.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams on civil interface works including cable trenches, equipment foundations, and underground utilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in civil maintenance or construction, preferably within power plants, utilities, or heavy industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with standards and SEC technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English;
  Arabic is a plus.
