Senior Planner

Mobility Requirement: Candidates must be willing to relocate and work across different project locations as business and project requirements evolve.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Planner with strong MEP construction experience and exposure to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to support successful project delivery.

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track project progress against approved baselines and identify potential delays.
• Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather progress updates and forecast upcoming activities.
• Assist in resource planning, productivity monitoring, and schedule recovery plans.
• Support project controls and management reporting functions.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of planning experience within construction projects.
• Strong experience in MEP works.
• Proven track record working on large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
• GCC project experience is a plus.
• Experience in project controls, delay analysis, and reporting.
• PMP or other planning-related certifications are advantageous.
