We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Steel Detailer & Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between structural design and physical construction. You will be responsible for creating highly accurate 3D models, executing design verifications, and producing the comprehensive detailing required for successful steel fabrication and erection. What You Will Do:

Advanced Detailing & 3D Modeling

Transform engineering concepts into precise 3D models using Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
Prepare comprehensive fabrication, General Arrangement (GA), assembly, and erection drawings.
Generate essential production outputs, including shop drawings, NC files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
Detail complex systems and miscellaneous steel items, including bolted/welded connections, base plates, staircases, handrails, platforms, and ladders.

Structural Design & Verification

Perform structural analysis and rigorous design checks for steel members (beams, columns, bracings, supports) utilizing SAP
2000, STAAD.Pro, and related engineering software.
Verify loading conditions, accurately accounting for dead, live, wind, and equipment loads.
Validate connection systems and ensure all designs rigorously comply with applicable safety and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Support

Act as a technical liaison, collaborating smoothly with clients, consultants, architects, civil engineers, and MEP teams.
Review Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings, structural specifications, and contract documents.
Provide hands on engineering support and troubleshoot technical issues during the fabrication and site installation stages.
Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide clear technical clarifications during project meetings.

Key Deliverables You Will Manage:

Shop, General Arrangement (GA), Erection, and As-Built Drawings.
Fabrication Details and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
Structural Design Check Reports and Connection Calculations.

What We Are Looking For :

Technical Mastery:
Proven proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, SAP
2000, and STAAD.Pro.
Engineering Expertise:
Deep understanding of structural steel detailing, connection calculations, and load verifications.

Ability to anticipate fabrication or installation clashes and resolve technical issues proactively.
Strong Communicator:
