- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop innovative solutions for complex civil construction challenges.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field is required for a solid technical foundation.
- Certifications such as Engineering Technician (CET) or similar are preferred to demonstrate professional competence.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant industry experience is essential for grasping complex project demands.
- Candidates with experience in both residential and commercial construction projects will be prioritized.
